HHC got banned in most of Europe countries, since legalisation is only topic in Germany, the cannabinoid research keeps going. CB9 is an old know cannabinoid, one out of 150+ known cannabinoids.

There has been records of 1960/70 but not much published research can be found, around six distillation companies in Europe offer CB9 as new legal cannabinoid. 

THC, HHC, and all derivates were banned, since CB9 is not a derivative and has a different molecular structure, no legal obligation applies for it.
